Dvorak Uncensored - Free Speech and Whistle-blowing now a Crime in Georgia??

Under the rule, any complaint alleging unethical behavior by a senator “shall remain confidential” and if the committee absolves the senator behind closed doors, the complaining citizen must remain silent forever.
