At least that's what state Independence Party Chairman Frank MacKay is touting in a new Web site posted yesterday to help 'Draft Donald Trump for President.' MacKay said he will also head an exploratory committee dedicated to developing a plan by year's end to put Trump on the ballot in all 50 states.
