The latest example of this conservative renaming is quite mind-grating. As civil war erupts in Iraq with two clearly defined opposing sides clashing on the streets daily, a mounting civilian death toll and countless reports of Iraqis killing Iraqis, the White House realized they had a serious crisis on their hands and that crisis is, of course, how to deliver the image to the American people that everything is peachy keen as yet another mosque explodes. The answer was so simple, it could only have come from a pure simpleton: TELL PEOPLE THERE IS NO CIVIL WAR.
