US Military had plans to attack US Cities
The military had a plan approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to attack US cities and make it look like the Cubans did it.
Sounds conceptually the same as the plans for 9/11/2001, which over 36% of the U.S. population now suspects was implemented by "official" government actions.
